Archetype Overview
This Enel list is a yellow Life-manipulation deck that treats its own Life cards as a second hand. The Leader refuses to die on the opponent's turn, and the deck keeps refilling Life with cards that pay you back when they're flipped. It finished 2nd at ChinoizeCup #128 TUESDAY (64 players) in Limitless user ZerkSan's hands. The card text explains why it can grind that deep into a field.
The Plan
You let the opponent hit you. Most of the cards they flip off your Life are free plays. Meanwhile you keep topping Life back up, and your late game makes every damage point they dealt cost them more than it cost you. You win by outlasting their pressure, then converting a wide board into lethal. The usual finisher is a Charlotte Linlin turn or a Rush Enel.
The Life Engine
Leader Enel is the backstop. Once per turn, on the opponent's turn, when your Life hits 0 it adds the top card of your deck to your Life, then you trash 1 card from hand. The opponent has to break through that extra Life card before a lethal swing connects. The rest of the list stacks more refill on top:
- Borsalino is a 6000 Blocker that adds a Life card on play if you're at 2 or fewer.
- Sweet 3 Generals, on your turn, lets you rest 2 DON!! to draw, add a Life card, and give up to two opposing Characters -3000.
- Marshall.D.Teach looks at 3 cards and lets you choose which one goes on top of your Life. You decide what your next Trigger will be.
- Charlotte Linlin draws and either adds a Life card or strips the opponent's top Life card into their hand.
- Enel (Character) can trash a card when attacking to add a Life card at 1 or fewer.
- You're the One Who Should Disappear. refills on [Trigger] if you're at 0.
Refilling turns Life into a resource you can spend. Zeus takes a card from the top or bottom of your Life to K.O. a cost-5-or-less Character. That's removal paid for with Life the deck will replace. Taking from the bottom also leaves a card you stacked with Marshall.D.Teach sitting on top.
Triggers Are the Card Advantage
Of the 50 cards, 33 carry a [Trigger]. That density is the whole point. When the opponent's attack flips one, here is what you get:
- Free bodies: Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals simply play themselves, and Genbo draws and plays itself at 2 or fewer Life.
- Recursion: Gecko Moria's [Trigger] plays a cost-4-or-less Character from your trash.
- Removal: Marshall.D.Teach's [Trigger] negates an opposing Character's effect, then K.Os a cost-5-or-less Character.
- Search: Charlotte Pudding digs 5 for a Big Mom Pirates card and Lilith digs 4 for another [Trigger] card.
Note on Gecko Moria: its [On Play] only finds Thriller Bark Pirates, and nothing else here has that type. Treat it as a 10000-power body whose real job is the [Trigger].
The trash feeds itself. The Leader's discard, Charlotte Pudding's "trash a [Trigger] card: draw 3," and the Event's discard cost all stock your trash. Charlotte Oven's [On K.O.] and Gecko Moria's [Trigger] then pull those Characters back. Removing your board rarely leaves you empty.
The Linlin Turn
Charlotte Linlin is the payoff that makes the cheap bodies matter. On your turn, every Character you control with a [Trigger] and 4000 base power becomes 8000 base. That covers Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals. The 4000s your opponent ignored or traded around become a row of 8000 attackers. Add Sweet 3 Generals' -3000 to two of their blockers, or an 11000 Rush Enel that swings the turn it lands, and you can close from a position that looked defensive one turn earlier.
Why the Plan Is Strong
- Damage helps you. Most hits flip a card that gives you a body, a card, or removal, so trading Life is often card-positive for you.
- Lethal is hard to set up. The Leader refill plus repeatable Life additions mean the opponent has to commit more than they planned for, on more than one turn.
- Removal is everywhere. Zeus, the Marshall.D.Teach [Trigger], and Sweet 3 Generals' power reduction all handle threats without spending a turn on a dedicated removal Event.
- Cheap defense backs it up. Streusen, Zeus and Charlotte Daifuku are +2000 Counters, and the 0-cost Event gives +3000.
The cost is that your top-end Characters (Gecko Moria, Marshall.D.Teach, Charlotte Linlin, Enel) have no Counter value. Your hand thins out quickly to the Leader and Event discards. Sloppy sequencing gets punished.
Who Should Pick It Up
This deck is for players who like long games and constant decisions. You will regularly answer questions like these:
- Do I counter this attack or take it and flip a Trigger?
- Do I spend a Life with Zeus now?
- Should Charlotte Linlin add Life or strip theirs?
- Which card do I stack on top with Marshall.D.Teach?
If you track your Life count, your trash contents and the opponent's lethal math every turn, the deck rewards you heavily. If you prefer a linear curve-out-and-swing plan, this isn't it. Most of your wins come from taking damage on purpose and timing the turn the board flips to 8000s.
Core Strategy & Game Plan
This deck wins by letting the opponent hit your Life, turning those hits into free cards and Characters, refilling Life faster than they can strip it, and then closing in one or two big turns with Charlotte Linlin and a Rush Enel. You aren't racing. You make every point of damage they deal cost them more than it costs you.
Posture: Absorb, Convert, Swing
For most of the game you are reactive. 33 of your 50 cards carry a Trigger, so a Life card taken off you is usually a card working for you. Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals play themselves. Marshall.D.Teach negates and K.O.s. Gecko Moria pulls a cost-4-or-less Character back from your trash. Genbo draws and drops onto the board once you're at 2 Life or fewer.
Your Leader is the backstop. Once per opponent's turn, when your Life hits 0, it puts the top card of your deck back into Life. Opponents have to push through one more Life than they planned for, and that card can be a Trigger too.
The swing comes once you reach 10 DON!!. Charlotte Linlin makes every 4000-base-power Trigger Character 8000 power during your turn. That covers Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals. A board of 4000 power bodies that looked like Counter fodder becomes a wall of 8000-power attackers.
The Engine Pieces
- Life refill: Borsalino (at 2 or less Life), Sweet 3 Generals, Marshall.D.Teach, Charlotte Linlin, the 10-cost Enel (at 1 or less Life) and You're the One Who Should Disappear. (at 0 Life). These keep you alive and reload your Trigger chances.
- Life sculpting: Marshall.D.Teach is the only refill that picks the card. Put your best Trigger on top. Any later refill from the deck goes on top of it, so run Marshall.D.Teach last when you stack several in one turn.
- Controlled Life loss: Zeus takes a card from the top or bottom of your Life to K.O. a cost-5-or-less Character. That lowered Life also turns on Borsalino, Genbo and the 10-cost Enel. Going low on Life is part of the plan, not a cost.
- Trash recursion: Charlotte Pudding trashes a Trigger card to draw 3. Trash a Charlotte Daifuku or Genbo there, then bring it back later. Charlotte Oven's On K.O. replays a 4000-power-or-less Character from your trash, and Gecko Moria's Trigger replays a cost-4-or-less one. Note that Gecko Moria's On Play has no legal targets in this list. Hard-cast it only for the 10000-power body.
- Digging: Streusen finds Big Mom Pirates cards (most of your Characters) and Lilith finds Trigger cards. Both smooth your early draws.
The Ideal Game
- Turns 1-2: Dig with Streusen or Lilith. If the opponent has an early threat, Zeus removes it and starts walking your Life toward the 2-or-less range.
- Turns 3-4: Play Charlotte Pudding and trash a Trigger card to draw 3. This refills the hand your Leader, You're the One Who Should Disappear. and the 10-cost Enel will all eat into. Hold Counter cards rather than over-committing bodies. Let small attacks into Life connect when the Trigger upside is better than the card you'd spend blocking them.
- Turns 4-5 (8-9 DON!!): Marshall.D.Teach stacks your Life, or Borsalino adds a Life and stands up as a 6000 Blocker. Hard-cast Sweet 3 Generals when you have 8 DON!!: 6 to play it plus 2 active to rest for its draw, Life add and -3000 to two opposing Characters. The On Play only works on your turn, so a Trigger copy that hits the board on their turn is just a body.
- Turn 5-6 onward (10 DON!!): Charlotte Linlin goes down. Her On Play draws and either refills your Life or strips an opposing Life card straight to their hand without an attack. Then attack with your 8000-power Trigger Characters. On the next turn, the 10-cost Enel comes down with Rush from your Sky Island Leader and attacks immediately. Its When Attacking can re-add Life if you're at 1 or less.
Rules of the Engine You Can't Break
- Never drop yourself to 0 Life on your own turn. Your Leader only fires on the opponent's turn, when Life becomes 0. If Zeus eats your last Life card during your turn, you've thrown away your safety net. Stop at 1.
- Budget your hand. Your Leader, You're the One Who Should Disappear. and the 10-cost Enel all trash a card. The Leader's trash isn't optional, so keep something you're willing to lose. Charlotte Pudding, Sweet 3 Generals and Charlotte Linlin are your refuel. Sequence them before the turns where you expect to trash heavily.
- Your board is a time bomb, not a defense. The 4000-power bodies exist to become 8000-power attackers under Charlotte Linlin. Don't waste them on trades that leave nothing for the swing turn.
Card Choices & Breakdown
The Engine: Leader and Life as a Resource
Enel as Leader decides how this list is built. Once per opponent's turn, when your Life hits 0, you add the top card of your deck to Life and then trash a card from hand. Every damage you take can flip a Trigger, and the Leader gives you one free refill before the lethal swing. That is why the deck runs 33 Trigger cards out of 50, and why so many slots either put cards back into Life or spend Life for value. The trash clause costs real cards, so the list needs draw to keep your hand stocked.
Search and Draw
- Streusen (4): A 1-cost body with a +2000 Counter that looks at three and takes a Big Mom Pirates card. Most of the list carries that type, so it rarely misses. It is your best turn-one play and a good Counter late.
- Lilith (2): Digs four deep for any Trigger card other than itself, and its own Trigger repeats that search. It stops at two because it only has a +1000 Counter and a 2000 body that Charlotte Linlin does not upgrade. Its main job is finding Genbo, which Streusen cannot find.
- Charlotte Pudding (4): The draw engine. Trash a Trigger card from hand to draw three. With 33 Triggers you almost always have the cost. The trashed card also feeds Charlotte Oven and Gecko Moria. Its Trigger searches five deep for a Big Mom Pirates card, so it has value even when it comes off Life.
The 4000 Trigger Bodies
These are the deck's best threats. Charlotte Linlin sets the base power of your Trigger Characters with 4000 base power to 8000 during your turn. Five cards qualify: Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals. Once Linlin lands, your mid-cost board swings like a wall of 8000 attackers.
- Charlotte Daifuku (4): No On Play, but its Trigger plays it for free, and it carries a +2000 Counter. Taking damage puts it on the board.
- Charlotte Oven (4): Its Trigger plays it too. When it is K.O.'d, it brings back a Character with 4000 power or less from your trash. Targets include Zeus for removal and Charlotte Pudding for three cards. A K.O. on your opponent's turn still gets value. The exception is Sweet 3 Generals: its On Play only works on your turn, so on their turn it returns as a body only.
- Genbo (3): Its Trigger draws a card, then plays it if you are at 2 Life or less. It is the fourth-best of these bodies. Its play clause has a condition, and it is not Big Mom Pirates, so Streusen and Charlotte Pudding cannot find it. That earns it the 3-of slot.
- Sweet 3 Generals (4): On your turn, rest 2 DON!! to draw a card, add a Life, and give up to two opposing Characters -3000. Plan for 8 DON!! to get the full effect. Its Trigger still drops a free body.
Removal
- Zeus (4): Pay one Life, from the top or the bottom, to K.O. a cost-5-or-less Character. Taking from the bottom keeps your next Trigger flip in place. Spending Life also turns on Genbo, Borsalino and the Leader. Its +2000 Counter makes it a good card to hold late.
- Marshall.D.Teach (4): Its On Play looks at three and puts the best card on top of your Life, which sets up your next Trigger. Its Trigger is the deck's strongest defensive flip. It negates an opposing Character's effect for the turn, then K.O.s one with cost 5 or less.
Life Refill and Defense
- Borsalino (4): A 6000 Blocker that adds a Life when played at 2 or less. It is the only Blocker in the list, which justifies four copies.
- You're the One Who Should Disappear. (4): A 0-cost +3000 Counter that costs a card from hand. Its Trigger refills Life from 0. It is your only Event, and the card it trashes adds to your trash for recursion.
Top End
- Charlotte Linlin (4): The card the whole list is built around. It draws a card, then either adds a Life or sends your opponent's top Life card to their hand. It also turns on the 8000 upgrade for your 4000 Trigger bodies. Four copies, because the deck's damage output depends on it.
- Gecko Moria (4): Its On Play only finds Thriller Bark Pirates Characters, and this list runs none. Count it as a 10000 body when you play it from hand. You run it for the Trigger, which plays any cost-4-or-less Character from your trash on your opponent's turn. A flipped Moria that returns Zeus gives you a free K.O. A returned Charlotte Pudding gives you three cards.
- Enel (1): The Character version gets Rush under your Sky Island Leader. When it attacks, you can trash a card for +1000 and a Life if you are at 1 or less. It is the closer for the turn you need to hit from nowhere. It stays a single copy because it competes with Charlotte Linlin for the 10-cost slot and has no Counter or Trigger.
Counter Density
Every card at cost 5 or less carries a Counter. The +2000s are Streusen, Zeus and Charlotte Daifuku, with the Event adding +3000. Your 8- and 10-costs carry none, so you need to keep cheap cards in hand. Plan your trashes around that. Trash high-cost cards you can't play this turn, and keep the 2000 Counters.
The Decklist
The list below took 2nd place at ChinoizeCup #128 Tuesday (2026-10-27), a 64-player event, played by ZerkSan. It runs 50 cards, all Yellow, with 46 Characters and four copies of one Event. The estimated cost is about $347 at TCGplayer market prices.
Leader
| Qty | Card | Note |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Enel | 4 Life. On your opponent's turn, once per turn, refills your Life from 0 to 1, then you trash a card. |
Characters (46)
| Qty | Card | Cost | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | Streusen | 1 | Digs for Big Mom Pirates pieces. +2000 Counter. |
| 2 | Lilith | 1 | Flex: finds a Trigger card and carries a Trigger of its own. |
| 4 | Zeus | 2 | Trades a Life card for a K.O. on a cost 5 or less Character. +2000 Counter. |
| 4 | Charlotte Daifuku | 3 | A free body from Life. +2000 Counter. |
| 4 | Charlotte Pudding | 3 | Trash a Trigger card to draw 3. Its Trigger is a Big Mom Pirates search. |
| 3 | Genbo | 3 | Flex: its Trigger draws, and it plays itself at 2 or less Life. |
| 4 | Charlotte Oven | 4 | When K.O.'d, brings back a 4000-or-less Character from trash. |
| 4 | Borsalino | 5 | 6000-power Blocker. Adds a Life card at 2 or less Life. |
| 4 | Sweet 3 Generals | 6 | On your turn: draw, add Life, and give two opposing Characters -3000. |
| 4 | Gecko Moria | 8 | No Thriller Bark targets here, so its value is the 10000 body and its Trigger. |
| 4 | Marshall.D.Teach | 8 | Picks your next Life card. Its Trigger negates and K.O.s. |
| 4 | Charlotte Linlin | 10 | Turns your 4000-base Trigger Characters into 8000s on your turn. |
| 1 | Enel | 10 | Flex: an 11000 Rush finisher under the Sky Island Leader. |
Event (4)
| Qty | Card | Cost | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | You're the One Who Should Disappear. | 0 | Trash a card for a +3000 Counter. Its Trigger rebuilds Life from 0. |
Quick Counts
- Curve: six 1-costs, four 2-costs, eleven 3-costs and four each at 4, 5 and 6 cost. Above that come eight 8-costs and five 10-costs, plus four 0-cost Events.
- Counter: twelve +2000 Characters (Streusen, Zeus, Charlotte Daifuku) and twenty-one +1000 Characters. Four Events add +3000 each. Thirteen cards have no Counter value.
- Trigger cards: 33, covering every card except Streusen, Zeus, Borsalino, Charlotte Linlin and the Enel Character.
- Charlotte Linlin boost targets: Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals.
Flex Slots
- 2x Lilith: these are the only 1-costs outside Streusen. Cutting them makes early turns weaker but adds room for more Counter.
- 3x Genbo: it shares a type with the Leader, but it is the least essential 3-cost. The fourth copy is the easiest one-card change.
- 1x Enel: this is a single finisher. If your hand keeps getting clogged with 10-costs, cut it before you touch Charlotte Linlin.
- 4x Gecko Moria: its On Play does nothing in this list. If you want a different top end, trim these before Marshall.D.Teach.
Opening Hands & Mulligan
This Leader doesn't fix bad draws. Enel only acts on the opponent's turn, once your Life hits 0, and it costs you a card from hand. Your first five cards have to carry the early game alone. You only get one redraw, so judge every hand on three things: early plays, Counter value, and how many of your no-Counter finishers it holds.
Hands You Keep
- A turn-1 or turn-2 search plus a 3-cost. Streusen digs three cards for a Big Mom Pirates card, which finds most of your curve. Lilith digs four for a Trigger card. Either one into Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding or Genbo is the baseline keep.
- Charlotte Pudding with a Trigger card to pitch. This is the best early draw engine in the list. Trashing a Trigger card to draw 3 turns a thin hand into a full one. The pitch can be Lilith, Charlotte Daifuku, Genbo, Charlotte Oven, Sweet 3 Generals, Gecko Moria, Marshall.D.Teach, You're the One Who Should Disappear. or a second Pudding. Most hands that hold Pudding have fuel.
- At least two real Counters. The +2000 bodies, Streusen, Zeus and Charlotte Daifuku, are the ones you want. You're the One Who Should Disappear. gives +3000 for 0 cost, but it needs a card to trash. Don't count it as a Counter in a hand with nothing spare.
- One top-end card is fine. A single Marshall.D.Teach, Gecko Moria or Charlotte Linlin alongside early plays is a strong keep. That card is your turn-4 or turn-5 swing, and it doubles as discard fodder for Enel or the Event if the game goes long.
Hands You Send Back
- Nothing castable before turn 3. A hand starting at Charlotte Oven or Borsalino gives the opponent free turns, and Life is the resource this deck spends late.
- Three or more of the 8- and 10-costs. Gecko Moria, Marshall.D.Teach, Charlotte Linlin and the Enel Character have no Counter value. A hand with three of them can't defend and can't develop.
- Zero Counter value. Even with a decent curve, a hand that can't protect your Leader through the early turns loses its Life before your Life-gain cards come online.
- Charlotte Pudding as the only play with no Trigger card to pitch. She's a vanilla 4000 there. Keep only if the rest of the hand already has Counters.
Going First
You gain only 1 DON!! on turn 1, then build to 3, 5, 7 and 9.
- Turn 1 (1 DON!!): Streusen or Lilith. Pick based on what your hand is missing. Streusen finds the Big Mom curve. Lilith finds Trigger cards, which also feed Pudding.
- Turn 2 (3 DON!!): a 3-cost. Play Charlotte Pudding with a pitch if your hand is thin. Play Charlotte Daifuku if your hand is already full.
- Turn 3 (5 DON!!): Borsalino as a Blocker, or Charlotte Oven plus a 1-cost. Borsalino only adds Life at 2 Life or less, so early it's a 6000 Blocker and nothing more.
- Turn 4 (7 DON!!): Sweet 3 Generals costs 6, and its On Play needs 2 more DON!! to rest. At 7 you can cast it but can't activate it. Play two smaller cards here and save Generals for turn 5 at 9 DON!!.
Going Second
You start at 2 DON!! and reach 4, 6, 8 and 10. That puts every key threshold of this list one turn earlier:
- Turn 1 (2 DON!!): Zeus if the opponent already has a Character worth killing. Otherwise play Streusen and Lilith together. Zeus costs you a Life card, but that card goes to your hand. Early on that's usually a fine trade for tempo plus an extra card.
- Turn 2 (4 DON!!): Charlotte Oven, or a 3-cost plus a 1-cost.
- Turn 3 (6 DON!!): Borsalino plus a 1-cost, or two 3-costs.
- Turn 4 (8 DON!!): the payoff turn. Sweet 3 Generals with its full On Play is castable: draw, add Life, and give two enemy Characters -3000. Marshall.D.Teach or Gecko Moria also come down here.
- Turn 5 (10 DON!!): Charlotte Linlin or the Enel Character, which gains Rush under this Leader.
Because the big turns arrive earlier, you can keep a slightly greedier hand going second. A hand like Streusen + Marshall.D.Teach + three Counters is a fine keep on the draw. On the play it's riskier.
Matchup Adjustments
- Against aggro and wide early boards: value Counters over card advantage. The +2000 Counter Characters and Borsalino come first. Zeus gains value because it removes cost-5-or-less attackers. Mulligan hands that are mostly top end, even with one search card.
- Against slower midrange and control: keep hands built around Charlotte Pudding and one or two finishers. Your Life-gain cards (Sweet 3 Generals, Marshall.D.Teach, Charlotte Linlin) win long games, so you can afford fewer early Counters.
- When you expect to rely on the Leader: Enel's refill trashes a card, so an empty hand against a deck that strips Life quickly weakens your last line of defense. Hands that develop without dumping everything are better than all-in curves.
Sequencing & Key Lines
Turns 1-2: Dig First, Build Second
Your one-drops set up the whole game, so pick the search that fixes your hand. Lead with Streusen when you're missing a three-drop, since most of your midgame bodies are Big Mom Pirates. Lead with Lilith when you need Trigger cards, especially fuel for Charlotte Pudding. Going second with 2 DON!!, play both one-drops rather than spending a Life on an early Zeus KO. Your Life is a resource, but an early Character rarely justifies spending it.
Charlotte Pudding is your best early three-drop when you have a Trigger card to trash. Choose that card with the late game in mind:
- Trash Charlotte Daifuku or Genbo first. Both are 4000-power, cost-3 bodies that Charlotte Oven and the Trigger on Gecko Moria can bring back later.
- Keep You're the One Who Should Disappear. in hand. It's your emergency Counter.
Charlotte Oven is your preferred play into opponents who remove Characters. When it's K.O.'d, it replaces itself from the trash.
The 6 and 8 DON!! Turns
At 6 DON!!, don't cast Sweet 3 Generals. Its On Play needs 2 more DON!! rested on top of its cost, so at 6 it's just a 4000 body. Use those turns for two bodies instead, for example a three-drop plus Charlotte Pudding, or Charlotte Oven plus a one-drop.
Hold Borsalino until you're at 2 or fewer Life. At 3 Life its On Play does nothing, and the refill is the reason it costs 5.
At 8 DON!!, choose between Sweet 3 Generals and Marshall.D.Teach:
- Sweet 3 Generals is the better play when the opponent has Characters your 4000 bodies can't attack through. Resolve it before you attack. It draws, adds a Life, and gives two opposing Characters -3000, which turns your attacks into K.O.s.
- Marshall.D.Teach is the better play when you're defending. Look at the top 3 and put the strongest Trigger on top of your Life. A Marshall.D.Teach there gives you a negate plus a K.O. on their turn. A Gecko Moria there replays a cost-4-or-less Character from your trash.
- Don't stack Sweet 3 Generals in Life for value. Its On Play is [Your Turn] only, so it comes down from Life as a plain body.
Casting Gecko Moria from hand is just a 10000 body. No card in this list is a Thriller Bark Pirates cost-4-or-less Character, so its On Play has no target here.
The 10 DON!! Turn: Linlin or Enel
You reach 10 DON!! on turn 5 going second and turn 6 going first. The choice is simple:
- Charlotte Linlin when you already have two or more Trigger Characters with 4000 base power on board. On your turn, every Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals becomes 8000. Play Linlin first, choose its mode, then attack. Take the top of your opponent's Life when that puts lethal in reach this turn. Otherwise, add to your own Life to survive the swing back.
- Enel when your board is thin. It has Rush under your Leader, so it attacks immediately. When it attacks, trash a card to get +1000, and if you're at 1 or fewer Life you also refill one.
This is why taking damage is part of the plan. Bodies from Trigger cards that hit the board during the opponent's turn are the attackers Linlin turns into 8000s.
Life Edges
- Protect a stacked Trigger. After Marshall.D.Teach stacks a known Trigger, use Zeus on the bottom of your Life so the stacked card stays on top.
- Turn 0 Life into a refill. When Zeus comes back during the opponent's turn through Charlotte Oven or the Trigger on Gecko Moria, its On Play still works. If you take your last Life card, you hit 0 on their turn, which activates your Leader to add a card right back. Only do this if your Leader hasn't already refilled that turn.
- Use refills in the right order. Your Leader refills once per opponent turn. The Trigger on You're the One Who Should Disappear. is a second refill at 0 Life. Plan to use the Leader first.
Hand and Trash Discipline
Your Leader's refill, the event's Counter and Enel's attack all trash cards from your hand. A +3000 from the event costs two cards, so save it for protecting your Leader at 1 or 0 Life, not for early hits. Always keep one card in hand that you're happy to lose. The best choices are:
- A spare 4000 Trigger body, because it can come back from the trash later.
- A second eight-drop you can't cast in time.
Charlotte Oven can bring back Sweet 3 Generals from the trash, but only as a body.
Playing Around Removal
Rocks.D.Xebec held the most online Top 8 slots, 8 of 32 (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). Practice these lines against it, and against any opponent that clears Characters:
- Don't overcommit the turn before Linlin. Two bodies plus Charlotte Oven as insurance beats three bodies that removal can answer in one turn.
- Keep Borsalino untapped as a Blocker to protect the Life count your refills depend on.
- Spread your threats so a single answer never strands your 10 DON!! turn.
Matchup Matrix
No head-to-head data exists for this list, so each verdict below comes from what this deck's cards can and can't do against that style of opponent. All metagame numbers come from four 64-player online events (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19).
| Opponent | Verdict | What decides it |
|---|---|---|
| Rocks.D.Xebec | Even | Saving Life refills for the turns that matter, and landing the Charlotte Linlin swing turn |
| Luffy & Ace | Even | Counter density and timing your Life refills against their pressure |
| Monkey.D.Luffy | Even | Not dropping to 0 Life early on your own Leader trigger |
| Kalgara | Even | Pacing, and how efficiently you trade removal for their board |
| Sabo / Donquixote Rosinante | Even | Board control from Zeus and Sweet 3 Generals |
| Aggro (strategy) | Favored | Layered Life gain plus the Leader's 0-Life refill |
| Control (strategy) | Even | Card flow from Charlotte Pudding against their answers |
| Combo (strategy) | Unfavored | Thin disruption: limited KO effects and -3000 power |
Rocks.D.Xebec
This is the matchup to prepare for. Xebec took 8 of 32 Top 8 slots and made Top 8 in all four events (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). Its lists are also very consistent: eight cards ran at four copies in every one of those Top 8 lists (same source and dates). Expect the same deck every round, and practice against it.
Your plan is to win the Life race over a long game. Don't fire Borsalino early. Its refill only works at 2 or fewer Life, so hold it until it does two jobs: adding a Blocker and adding a Life card. Marshall.D.Teach and Sweet 3 Generals add Life at any total, which makes them your flexible refills. Build toward a Charlotte Linlin turn with several Trigger 4000 bodies on the field, such as Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Oven and Genbo. Choose her Life-stripping mode when it sets up lethal. Choose her refill mode when you're the one under the clock. For their side, see our Rocks.D.Xebec Standard guide.
Luffy & Ace
Luffy & Ace had the second-most Top 8 slots, with 6 slots in three events and no wins (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). The matchup is decided on Counters. Streusen, Zeus and Charlotte Daifuku each give +2000 Counter. You're the One Who Should Disappear. gives +3000 for a discard, so use it on hands where you have a redundant top-end card to throw away. Spend Zeus's Life-to-hand cost only when the K.O. removes a real threat, not just for card advantage. For their side, see our Luffy & Ace Standard guide.
Monkey.D.Luffy
Two different Luffy Leaders won events in the window: OP17-079 on 2026-10-05 and OP13-001 on 2026-10-12 (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). Your Enel Leader refills from the top of your deck only once per turn, and only on your opponent's turn. Don't treat that refill as a cushion you can lean on twice in one turn. Hold Borsalino as a Blocker for their biggest swing, and keep a Counter in hand when you drop to low Life. For their side, see our Monkey.D.Luffy Standard guide.
Kalgara
Kalgara converted 9 entries into 3 Top 8 slots and a win on 2026-10-13 (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). Treat it as a pacing matchup. Spread Sweet 3 Generals's -3000 across two Characters instead of overloading one. Use Charlotte Oven's On K.O. to rebuild a 4000-power body from your trash, so every trade they make costs them more than it costs you. For their side, see our Kalgara Standard guide.
Sabo and Donquixote Rosinante
Each took 2 Top 8 slots (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). Against both, pick removal targets carefully. Zeus and a Teach Trigger can each K.O. a Character with a cost of 5 or less, so save them for the piece that actually threatens you. For more, see our Sabo Standard guide and Donquixote Rosinante Standard guide.
Aggro
This is where the list is strongest. Your Leader restores a Life card at 0. Borsalino blocks and refills, and the 8-cost Characters stabilize a lost board. You're the One Who Should Disappear. can also add a Life card off its Trigger at 0 Life. Aggro decks have to break through several refills, and you can usually make them pay for each Life card.
Control
Control decks will answer your big Characters one at a time. Keep Trigger cards in hand so Charlotte Pudding can trash one to draw 3. Gecko Moria and Charlotte Oven can rebuy bodies from your trash, which keeps the board refilling. Don't commit your Charlotte Linlin turn until enough 4000-power Trigger Characters are on the field to make the power boost decisive.
Combo
Your interaction is narrow. You have K.O. effects limited to cost 5 or less, a single negate on Teach's Trigger, and -3000 power from Sweet 3 Generals. If they assemble their combo, you can't reliably stop it. Race instead of trying to disrupt: get early pressure on board and use Charlotte Linlin's opponent-Life mode to shorten their clock.
Tech Choices & Variations
Eleven of the fourteen lines are locked at four copies, so the real flex lives in three places: the 2 Lilith, the 3 Genbo, and the single Enel. Two four-ofs, Gecko Moria and Zeus, are the next cuts if you need space. Every change has to pass the same three tests the core cards pass.
- Does it have a Trigger? Lilith searches for Trigger cards, Charlotte Pudding needs one in hand to draw 3, and Charlotte Linlin only boosts Trigger Characters. Every non-Trigger card weakens all three.
- Does it have 4000 base power? Under Charlotte Linlin on your turn, Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals become 8000 attackers.
- Is it Big Mom Pirates? Streusen and Charlotte Pudding's Trigger only find that type.
The true flex slots
Lilith (2): A 1-cost dig that finds your best Trigger card. That can be Marshall.D.Teach for a removal Trigger, Sweet 3 Generals for a top-end play, or You're the One Who Should Disappear. for a Counter. Going to 3 makes your hands more consistent. The cost is a 2000-power body with only a +1000 Counter, and it falls outside both Streusen and Charlotte Linlin.
Genbo (3): It passes the Trigger and 4000 tests and replaces itself when flipped. At 2 or less Life it also hits the board for free, which is exactly when this Leader's plan is live. The 4th copy is the most natural addition. It is not Big Mom Pirates, though, so Streusen and Charlotte Pudding's Trigger skip it.
Enel (1): With your Sky Island Leader it is a 10-cost Rush finisher. It also refills Life at 1 or less when it attacks, as long as you trash a card from hand. A second copy finds the closer more often in slow games. The price is stacking a sixth 10-cost card on a curve that already runs four Charlotte Linlin.
The soft four-ofs
Gecko Moria: Its On Play only selects Thriller Bark Pirates Characters, and this list has none at cost 4 or less. In practice it is a vanilla 10000 body with a strong Trigger that plays a cost-4-or-less Character from your trash. It has no Counter value, so it is your first cut. Its Trigger is why you don't cut to zero.
Zeus: It is premium removal for cost 5 or less, but it spends a Life card. That card goes to hand, so it is not wasted. Still, it can't see through Streusen's search the way the Charlotte cards do, and it carries no Trigger. Against fields with few targets worth a Life card, 3 copies is defensible.
Swap summary
| Change | You gain | You give up |
|---|---|---|
| -1 Gecko Moria, +1 Genbo | A Counter, a cheaper curve, and another 8000 attacker under Charlotte Linlin | A 10000 body and a recursion Trigger |
| -1 Gecko Moria, +1 Lilith | Hand consistency and access to your best Trigger | Top-end pressure; you add a weak body |
| -1 Zeus, +1 Enel | A second Rush closer for grindy games | Cheap removal and a +2000 Counter |
| -1 Streusen, +1 Lilith | Searches that reach Marshall.D.Teach and Genbo | A +2000 Counter and access to Charlotte Linlin |
Bringing in outside cards
Anything new must be yellow, with at most four copies of a card number (source: Bandai official play guide, accessed 2026-10-19). One hard constraint applies. The I Re-Quasar Helllp!! event is a banned pair with Borsalino, so the two cannot share a deck (source: Bandai Banned/Restricted List, effective 2026-10-12). Since Borsalino is your only Blocker and your low-Life refill, that event is off the table. Beyond that, judge any outside card by the Trigger test first. A strong card without a Trigger still dilutes three engines at once.
Tuning for your local field
In the brief's window, Rocks.D.Xebec held 8 of 32 Top 8 slots from 46 of 256 entries (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). Luffy & Ace held 6 slots from 31 entries over the same events and dates (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). That data is online-only and ends before this event, so read your own room before committing.
- Fast, aggressive rooms: Go to 4 Genbo over a Gecko Moria. Keep Borsalino and You're the One Who Should Disappear. at four. Your Counter total and early bodies matter more than a second 8-cost threat.
- Wide-board rooms: Stay at 4 Zeus and 4 Sweet 3 Generals. The -3000 to two Characters and the cost-5-or-less removal are your answers. Do not trim Marshall.D.Teach, whose Trigger negates and removes in one flip.
- Slow, grindy rooms: A second Enel over a Zeus earns its slot. Your Charlotte Pudding draws and Charlotte Linlin Life refills already win long games, and the extra Rush closer converts them faster.
If you don't know the field, register the list as is. Its only real soft spot is the blank On Play on Gecko Moria, and that copy's Trigger already earns its slot.
Budget Options
The full list comes to about $347 at TCGplayer market prices (approximate). Most of that cost is unlikely to be in the 1- to 4-cost bodies. It more likely sits in the top end and in whichever singles are in highest demand when you buy. Check current listings before you commit. The goal of a budget build is to keep the engine intact and compromise only on the finishers.
What you don't cut
- Enel Leader. The deck is built around its once-per-turn Life refill on your opponent's turn. There's no substitute.
- Charlotte Linlin. This is the most important card to own at full count. On your turn it sets every Trigger Character with 4000 base power to 8000. That covers Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals, and it turns your blockers into real attackers. Without it, the deck's damage output collapses.
- The 4000-power Trigger core. Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Charlotte Oven, Genbo and Sweet 3 Generals give the deck both its defense through Triggers and its offense under Charlotte Linlin. These are probably the cheaper part of the list anyway.
- Streusen, Zeus and You're the One Who Should Disappear. These are your Big Mom Pirates search, cheap removal, and a 0-cost +3000 Counter that also refills Life as a Trigger. Keep all of them.
Budget swaps and what you give up
The list has spare room for only six cards of copies it already runs: one more Genbo, two more Lilith and three more Enel Characters. Use that room first, because it keeps the deck's card pool unchanged.
| Cut | Replace with | What you lose |
|---|---|---|
| Gecko Moria (down to 2) | +1 Genbo, +1 Lilith | A 10000-power body and a Trigger that plays a cost-4-or-less Character from trash. Its On Play only finds Thriller Bark Pirates, and this list runs no other Thriller Bark Pirates Characters, so you give up the least here. |
| Marshall.D.Teach (down to 3) | +1 Lilith | A Life card from the top 3 on play and a Trigger that negates a Character and K.O.s a cost-5-or-less. That Trigger is one of your best comeback cards against wide boards, so make this cut only after Moria. |
| Borsalino (down to 2–3) | A yellow 4000-power Trigger Character | A 6000-power Blocker that refills Life at 2 or fewer. Against aggressive decks this is a real loss. Against slower decks it matters less. |
Extra Lilith copies hold up well in this list. Almost every non-search card here has a Trigger, so its On Play rarely misses. The catch is that each extra copy is a 2000-power body that Charlotte Linlin doesn't boost. Two extra copies is the ceiling before your mid-game gets too soft.
Filter for outside substitutes
If you need cards beyond the list, legality comes first. The deck must stay yellow and exactly 50 cards, with no more than 4 copies of any card number. Within those limits, judge candidates in this order:
- It has a Trigger and 4000 base power. That makes it an 8000-power attacker under Charlotte Linlin and a free defensive hit.
- It's Big Mom Pirates type. That lets Streusen and the Trigger on Charlotte Pudding find it.
- It costs 4 or less. That lets Charlotte Oven and the Trigger on Gecko Moria bring it back from trash.
A card that meets all three slots straight into the engine. A card that meets none of them dilutes it, so skip it even if it's cheap. Ignore the Trigger row label in the list above; that bracket is a formatting slip, and the requirement is simply that the card has a Trigger.
Upgrade path
- Foundation: the Leader, the full 4000-power Trigger core, Streusen, Zeus, Lilith and the Event. This is the engine. Play it at locals to learn your Life and hand management.
- Charlotte Linlin to 4. This is your biggest power jump. Buy it before any other top-end card.
- Marshall.D.Teach to 4. This restores Life on play and gives you your strongest removal Trigger.
- Borsalino to 4. Prioritize this earlier if your local field is mostly aggressive decks.
- Gecko Moria to 4, then the single Enel Character. These are the last upgrades. Your cut Genbo and Lilith copies go back to 3 and 2.
A build missing only some Gecko Moria and Borsalino copies plays much like the full list. A build missing Charlotte Linlin is a different and weaker deck, so if you can only afford one expensive card, make it that one.
Common Mistakes
1. Using Zeus to take yourself to 0 Life on your own turn
The Enel Leader refills only on the opponent's turn, and only when your Life becomes 0. If Zeus pulls your last Life card during your main phase, you start their turn already at 0. Nothing can "become" 0, so the Leader never fires, and the next hit ends the game. Before you cast Zeus at 1 Life, make sure you can refill that same turn with Borsalino, Sweet 3 Generals, Marshall.D.Teach, Charlotte Linlin or an attack from the Enel Character. If you can't, take the Life from 2 or more, or hold Zeus.
2. Treating the Leader as a free extra Life every attack
The Leader ability is once per turn. A wide opponent takes you to 0, you refill to 1, and the next attack takes that card too. Count their remaining attackers after the refill. Save your Counter cards for that second hit, not the first. At 0 Life, the Trigger on You're the One Who Should Disappear. is your other refill. That is a reason to keep it in your deck and Life rather than spend it early.
3. Casting Sweet 3 Generals without the DON!! for its On Play
The On Play costs resting 2 DON!! on top of the 6 to cast it. With only 6 DON!! available, you get a 4000-power body and nothing else. Wait until you can pay all 8 DON!!, or until the body alone wins the turn. Also remember the On Play is [Your Turn] only. When Sweet 3 Generals comes off a Trigger, or comes back through Charlotte Oven on the opponent's turn, you get the Character but no draw, no Life and no -3000. Use the -3000 during your main phase, before you declare attacks, so it opens the KOs or lets your attacks get through.
4. Attacking before Charlotte Linlin hits the board
Charlotte Linlin sets the base power of your 4000-power Trigger Characters to 8000 only while she is on the field during your turn. Those Characters are Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals. Play her first, then swing. Don't cast her onto an empty board just for the body, because her payoff scales with those 4000s. The buff also ends when your turn ends, so your board defends at 4000 on their turn.
Pick her On Play mode on purpose:
- Add to your own Life when you need to survive the swing back.
- Strip their top Life card when it lets you take the game this turn. That card goes to their hand as a possible Counter, so only take it when you can still push through.
5. Playing Borsalino at 3 or more Life
The Borsalino Life gain only works at 2 Life or less. The Genbo Trigger has the same threshold for putting itself into play. Casting Borsalino at 3 Life wastes one of your few refills just to get a Blocker out a turn early. Unless you need that Blocker right now, hold it until Life damage brings you into range.
6. Discarding carelessly to Pudding and the Event
Your trash is a resource. Charlotte Oven returns any Character with 4000 power or less except itself. The Gecko Moria Trigger plays any cost 4 or less Character from your trash.
When Charlotte Pudding asks for a Trigger card, pitch bodies you want back. Charlotte Daifuku and Genbo are good choices. A trashed Charlotte Pudding that returns through Gecko Moria or Charlotte Oven gets its draw-3 On Play again.
Don't pitch your 10-cost finishers or your last copy of You're the One Who Should Disappear. just to get rid of an awkward card. Also, the Gecko Moria On Play only finds Thriller Bark Pirates Characters, and this list runs none. When you cast it from hand, it is a 10000-power body and nothing more. Its real value is the Trigger.
7. Putting the wrong card into Life off Marshall.D.Teach
Marshall.D.Teach is your only refill that lets you choose the card. The mistake is protecting your best card by tucking it into Life. Choose the Trigger that punishes their next attack:
- A Marshall.D.Teach if they have a cost 5 or less Character worth negating and KOing.
- A Gecko Moria if your trash holds a strong revive.
- A Sweet 3 Generals or Charlotte Oven if you just need a body.
A card with no Trigger in Life is just a card they hand you.
8. Spending You're the One Who Should Disappear as a routine Counter
The Counter costs you the Event plus another card from hand, all for +3000. When a +2000 Counter from Streusen, Zeus or Charlotte Daifuku keeps you safe, use that instead. Spend the Event only when +3000 is the exact number that keeps your Leader or a key Character alive. Even then, discard a revive target, not a finisher.
Tournament Prep & Final Notes
What to Practice Before the Event
- Life accounting. This list moves Life cards in both directions every game. Zeus pulls one into hand. Borsalino, Marshall.D.Teach, Charlotte Linlin, Sweet 3 Generals and the Character Enel put them back. Practice saying your Life count out loud before every one of these effects. Many of them only work at a set threshold: 2 or less for Borsalino and Genbo, 1 or less for Enel, and 0 for the Event Trigger and the Leader.
- The Charlotte Pudding pitch. Most of the deck carries a Trigger, so you can almost always pay the draw-3 cost. The skill is choosing the pitch. Drill which card you trash in common hands, and lean toward cards that Charlotte Oven or a Gecko Moria Trigger can bring back from the trash.
- Bottom-of-deck ordering. Streusen, Lilith, the Charlotte Pudding Trigger and Marshall.D.Teach all send cards to the bottom in any order. Have a default order ready so you don't stall on every search.
- Charlotte Linlin turns. Set up boards and count your attackers. On your turn, Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals all become 8000 base power. Streusen, Lilith and Zeus do not. Practice spotting the lethal turn quickly.
Rules Interactions to Know Cold
- The Leader refills once per turn, and only on your opponent's turn. When your Life hits 0, it adds the top card of your deck to Life, then you trash a card from hand. A second trip to 0 in the same turn gets no refill. Plan your Counters around that second hit.
- You're the One Who Should Disappear. does two jobs. As a Counter it gives +3000 for a discard. Its Trigger checks for 0 Life, which makes it a refill when it's your last Life card. Both modes cost a card from hand, so don't empty your hand carelessly.
- Charlotte Linlin's boost is [Your Turn] only. The same Characters defend at 4000 on your opponent's turn. Don't let an 8000 attacker fool you into thinking your board is safe.
- Charlotte Oven works on your opponent's turn. When it's K.O.'d, it can play Zeus from your trash. Zeus's On Play has no turn restriction, so you can take a Life card to K.O. an attacker mid-turn. Sweet 3 Generals can also come back this way, but its On Play is [Your Turn], so it arrives as a plain body when brought back during your opponent's turn.
- Triggered Sweet 3 Generals gets no On Play. It plays itself, but the draw, Life and -3000 only happen when you play it on your own turn with 2 DON!! to rest after paying its cost.
- Gecko Moria's On Play has no targets in this 50. No other card in the list has the Thriller Bark Pirates type. Hard-cast, it's a 10000 body. Its value is the Trigger, which replays any cost-4-or-less Character from your trash.
- Zeus lets you choose top or bottom. You decide which end of your Life to take. Pick based on what you know about your Life stack.
- The Character Enel's discard is optional. It only refills Life at 1 or less, and it has Rush because your Leader is Sky Island.
Pace
This is a long-game deck. It goes deep into the DON!! curve and resolves a Trigger on almost every Life hit, so games run long. Decide on each Trigger at once rather than after a long pause. Keep a standard pitch order for Charlotte Pudding and the Leader discard. Play out your bottom ordering without agonizing over it. The time to think is the turn before Charlotte Linlin or Sweet 3 Generals comes down, not during your opponent's attacks.
Field Prep
The most recent data covers online events only. Rocks.D.Xebec held 8 of 32 Top 8 slots and Luffy & Ace held 6 (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). Those two should get most of your practice games. A ban took effect on 2026-10-12 (source: Bandai official Banned/Restricted list, effective 2026-10-12), so give more weight to lists from after that date. This Leader, Enel OP05-098, took 2 Top 8 slots from 5 entries in the same window (source: Limitless TCG online platform, 2026-10-01 to 2026-10-19). That's a small sample, not a trend, so practice as if opponents know your plan.
Final Assessment
The list's strength is that being hit rarely costs you much. Most of the deck flips into a body, a search, a removal spell or a Life refill. The Leader refunds your last Life card on your opponent's turn. Then Charlotte Linlin turns a board of 4000-power Trigger Characters into an 8000-power alpha strike. The reward is a 2nd Place finish in a 64-player field.
The costs are real:
- Few Counters. Every copy of Gecko Moria, Marshall.D.Teach, Charlotte Linlin and the Character Enel has no Counter value.
- One Blocker. Borsalino is the only Blocker in the list.
- A heavy top end. That combination punishes slow draws against fast pressure.
Pick this deck if you're comfortable taking damage on purpose and tracking Life precisely across long games. If you'd rather keep your Life total high and play safe, choose something else.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does this Enel Standard deck win games?
It lets the opponent hit its Life, turns those hits into free cards and Characters, and refills Life faster than they can strip it. It then closes in one or two big turns with a Charlotte Linlin board of 8000-power attackers or a Rush Enel.
What does the Enel Leader do and when does it trigger?
Once per turn, on the opponent's turn, when your Life hits 0 it adds the top card of your deck to your Life, then you trash a card from hand. It never fires on your own turn, and a second trip to 0 in the same turn gets no refill.
Why is Charlotte Linlin considered the most important card in the list?
On your turn, Charlotte Linlin sets every Trigger Character with 4000 base power to 8000: Charlotte Daifuku, Charlotte Pudding, Genbo, Charlotte Oven and Sweet 3 Generals. The guide says that without it the deck's damage output collapses, so it is the one expensive card to buy first.
What are the hardest matchups for this Enel deck?
Combo is rated unfavored because the deck's interaction is narrow: cost-5-or-less K.O. effects, a single negate on Teach's Trigger, and -3000 from Sweet 3 Generals. The guide advises racing combo rather than trying to disrupt it, using Charlotte Linlin's opponent-Life mode to shorten their clock.
Which matchup should I practice most before an event?
Rocks.D.Xebec is the matchup to prepare for, with Luffy & Ace also deserving many practice games. Against Xebec, hold Borsalino until it can block and refill, and build toward a Charlotte Linlin turn with several 4000-power Trigger bodies on board.
What are good budget swaps for this deck?
Cut Gecko Moria first, since its On Play has no targets in this list, replacing copies with extra Genbo and Lilith. Trim Marshall.D.Teach only after Moria, and Borsalino cuts hurt more against aggressive decks. Never cut the Leader, Charlotte Linlin, the 4000-power Trigger core, Streusen, Zeus or the Event.
What is the most common mistake when piloting this deck?
Using Zeus to take yourself to 0 Life on your own turn. You start their turn already at 0, so the Leader never fires and the next hit ends the game. Stop at 1 unless you can refill that same turn.
When should I cast Sweet 3 Generals?
Wait until you have 8 DON!!: 6 to cast it plus 2 to rest for its On Play, which draws, adds a Life and gives two opposing Characters -3000. The On Play only works on your turn, so a copy played from a Trigger or returned on the opponent's turn is just a body.
